As a personal training coach, making my clients feel comfortable is of the upmost importance. Training is about having fun and should never feel like a chore. Each and every one of my clients has a different goal and I am focused on developing a programme that is challenging but enjoyable to help and support them achieve their goals. At the studio I will spend time analysing each of my clients capabilities, talk about it and together we tailor a unique programme to suit their own personal goals. 1-1 coaching has given me the opportunity to help people change their lives. My knowledge and expertise enables me to take my clients to a place they never thought was possible. I want to show my clients that improving your health, fitness and physical appearance is not an impossible task. With my guidance and coaching paired with your sheer commitment and determination, anything is achievable.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policy: Course Fee: The total course fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your spot in the 6-week program. Non-Refundable: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once booked, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to schedule changes, missed sessions, or personal circumstances. Transfer Policy: While the course fee is non-refundable, you may transfer your booking to another individual before the course start date. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details. Make-Up Sessions: If you miss a session, make-up sessions are not guaranteed. However, you may contact the instructor to discuss possible accommodations . Class Capacity: To ensure personalized attention, class sizes are limited. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
