Please ensure you are familiar with our bookings and cancellation policy before booking fitness classes.

Bookings

Classes go live for booking at midnight 7 days in advance.

Pay As You Go members must pay for classes at the time of booking. This can be done through the app or in person.
Cancellations

If you can no longer attend the class, please cancel with as much notice as possible but more than an hour before – this will allow other people to take part in the class.

Members who book classes for ‘free’/£0.00 can cancel bookings via the app.

Pay as You Go members cannot cancel via the app at this time. To cancel your booking, please message MKFIT.
No shows / late arrivals

Please remember to arrive up to 10 minutes before the class starts.

Late arrivals (after advertised class start time) will not be able to gain entry to the class.
Pay As You Go members will not receive a refund for being late or not turning up for a class.

Personal Training Terms and Conditions Health Screening

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.
Your trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.
Cancellation Policy:

48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments

Lateness Policy: If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

Fee Charging Policy

Payment for single sessions must be made at the time of booking.

Block bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all sessions must be redeemed within six month of purchase

All monies paid are non-refundable
