Weight resistance training mixed with Pilates moves. Pilates that incorporates the use of weights or resistance equipment to enhance the intensity and challenge of the exercises. While traditional Pilates primarily focuses on body weight exercises and controlled movements, Pilates with weights adds an additional resistance element to the workouts.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policy: Course Fee: The total course fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your spot in the 6-week program. Non-Refundable: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once booked, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to schedule changes, missed sessions, or personal circumstances. Transfer Policy: While the course fee is non-refundable, you may transfer your booking to another individual before the course start date. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details. Make-Up Sessions: If you miss a session, make-up sessions are not guaranteed. However, you may contact the instructor to discuss possible accommodations . Class Capacity: To ensure personalized attention, class sizes are limited. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
